TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Reservations:
- A first night’s room and tax deposit is required at the time of booking reservation.
- Guests must be 21 years of age to make a reservation.
- Reservations are subject to availability.
- Direct marketing offer codes will be verified upon check in. If the direct marketing offer code is not linked to your account, the room rate will be charged to the credit card on file.
2. Cancellation and Modification:
Cancellation Policies and Fees are as follows:
- Flexible Rate: Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time without incurring any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time and no-shows will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
- Direct Marketing Offers: Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival date and no-shows will result in a charge of one-night room plus tax on the card that was provided at the time of booking. Guests may modify reservations within the cancellation period without penalty. A no-show on a comped room may result in loss of future room offers.
- 3rd Party: Any modifications or cancellations must go through the 3rd party
- Check-in Policy:
- A legal form of ID and a valid credit or debit card is required upon check-in.
- The name on the reservation MUST match the ID and the credit or debit card of the Guest checking into the Hotel.
- Check-in time is after 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
- Guests must be 21 years of age to check in.
- Payment:
- At the time of booking, a deposit of the first night’s room and tax is required to reserve the room.
- At the time of check-in, the guest is required to present a credit or debit card that will be authorized for a $100 per night (a maximum of 3 nights) incidental hold. It will be released upon check-out should there be no damage or other fees associated with the reservation. The name on the card presented at check-in MUST match the Guest’s name on the reservation.
- CASH PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED AT CHECK OUT ONLY.
5. Guest Responsibilities:
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the Hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
- If smoking occurs inside of prohibited areas, a $400 fee will be applied to the reservation.
6. Pet Policy:
The Hotel will only accept dogs and cats with a pet fee of $200 per stay, which includes 2 pets, maximum of 2 pets per room. Fee includes pet amenities that are yours to keep.
Liability:
- The Hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
- The Hotel is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises.
8. Privacy Policy:
The Hotel collects personal information for reservation and check-in purposes. This information will be kept confidential.
9. Termination of Stay:
The Hotel reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay for non-compliance with these terms & conditions.
10. Force Majeure:
The Hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control.
11. Complaints and Feedback:

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions:
The Hotel reserves the right to change these terms & conditions without prior notice.
