Chamonix Casino Hotel is in Cripple Creek, Colorado; 44 miles from Colorado Springs, 63 miles from Pueblo and 110 miles from Denver. We are conveniently accessible from Interstate 25 via US Highways 24 and 50, and State Highway 67.

How do I request early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out may be requested on your date of arrival at the Front Desk. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Check-out after 11 AM is subject to additional charges.
How old do you have to be to check in?
The minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years old with a valid ID.
Where can I park to register in the hotel?
You have 3 options for parking – all complimentary at Chamonix Casino Hotel: 1. Valet Parking at Front Entrance to the resort 2. Self-park in the Parking Garage attached to the resort 3. Self-park in the surface parking lot directly behind the resort
Do you offer Pet Friendly accommodations?
Your Companion Is Welcome Here! At the Chamonix Casino Hotel, we understand that pets are an important part of the family, which is why we are happy to welcome your faithful companion to our resort. For your pet's comfort and your convenience, our staff will provide special pet bedding and food bowls for use while in residence. A complimentary pet treat also will be provided. Please note there is a pet fee of $200 per stay with a maximum of two pets per room. The only pets allowed in the guest rooms are cats and dogs.
Do you have a pool? NOW OPEN
Yes, Chamonix does have a heated rooftop pool. No denim shorts allowed in the pool. Please wear your swim cover up, shirt and shoes while walking to and from the pool. Only Chamonix Hotel guests may use the pool. Pool hours are tentative and subject to availability due to inclement weather and special events. Children accompanied by an adult are allowed in the pool until 5 p.m. on days when the pool is open.
Do you have a fitness room? NOW OPEN
Yes. Chamonix Casino Hotel fitness room will feature Peloton bikes, NordicTrack treadmills, Tonal machines, Hydrow rowers, and more. Access is 24/7 for registered hotel guests. Any guest under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Appropriate attire required.
What is the resort fee and what does it include? WAIVED until January 1, 2025
Please note that Resort Fees are waived until January 1, 2025. Starting January 1, 2025, there will be a $34 Resort Fee per night that includes Rooftop Heated Pool Access, 24 Hour Fitness Center Access, Valet and Self Parking, In-town Shuttle Service, Nespresso coffee, PressReader, High Speed Internet Access, and Local Phone Calls.

How old must I be to enter the casino?
Chamonix Casino Hotel has a strict policy against underage gambling. Colorado state law prohibits anyone (patron or vendor) under the age of 21 from entering a gaming area. Any person attempting to enter the gaming area appearing to be 35 years of age or younger, could be requested to present identification to validate their age.
What are acceptable forms of ID that I can use to enter the casino?
The ONLY forms of valid ID that are acceptable are the following: ● State or U.S Government Issued Photo ID or Driver License (including US Passport cards and Nexus IDs) ● Passport ● Military ID’s will be accepted as a secondary form of ID, not primary. ● Secondary identification may be requested if the ID presented is of questionable quality or cannot be verified. ● We accept digital IDs for entrance into the casino only. Taxable jackpots require a physical ID.
Can I bring a backpack on the casino gaming floor?
For security reasons, no carry-ons or backpacks are allowed on the casino gaming floor. Exceptions can be made for medical necessity or the storage of large quantities of currency. If arriving on a chartered bus, bags may be left on the bus. All guests can utilize the secure bag check for any belongings. All bags allowed on the casino gaming floor are subject to inspection.
Do you allow animals on the property?
We love animals but only specifically trained service animals assisting individuals with a disability are allowed in our casino, pool, and restaurant areas of the property. So, at this time only service animals are allowed in our hotel property. Emotional support animals are not allowed in our casino property but are welcome in our pet friendly rooms.
Do you accept digital identification as a valid form of identification?
Electronic identifications are not accepted for gaming activities. This means that at Player Services, the Cage, Table Games, or Slots, a patron must present a valid form of identification – current passport, current state or government issued identification with a photo present. Electronic identification may be accepted for retail and restaurants.
Can I use the comps & points earned at Bronco Billy’s Casino at Chamonix?

You earn Base Points as you play slots, video poker, and table games. Base Points help you qualify for enhanced benefits such as priority service, event invitations and more! To ensure you are credited for all your play, make sure to properly insert your Mile High Rewards Club Card while playing slots, video poker, and present your card to a staff member when playing table games.
How is my Tier Level determined?
Your Tier level is determined by how many Base Points you earn during the earning periods. Base Points are earned in 6-month increments - the first period begins on January 1st each year and ends on June 30th; the second period is from July 1st through December 31st.
What are Slot Points and how do I earn them?
Slot Points are earned as you play slots and video poker with your Mile High Rewards Club Card properly inserted into any slot of video poker machine and can be redeemed for Free Play. Slot Points are not earned on Table Games play. Slot points may be earned at different rates depending on Mile High Rewards Club Tier level. Unused Slot points expire 6 months from issuance. Your privacy and card security are very important to us. Any requests to change or reset your Mile High Rewards PIN number must be made in person at the Player Services counter.
Can I transfer Comp Dollars to another account?
No. Comp Dollars are non-transferable. If a guest in your party has Comp Dollars available, each Mile High Rewards Club member may use their Comp Dollars at time of payment.
Can I redeem my Comp Dollars if I forget to bring my Mile High Rewards Card?
No. You must present your valid Mile High Rewards Club Card and valid ID to redeem your Comp Dollars at time of payment.
Can I redeem my Comp Dollars for alcohol?
Yes. Comp Dollars may be redeemed at Chamonix Casino Hotel, retail shops and in-room dining.
Are there Comp Dollar restrictions?
